1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason(Damaged/incomplete/wrong item), you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please create video while opening package if you are not confident.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please create video for future reference.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or a refund. Please create video for future reference.
